Important Requirement (Must Read)
 
A clear floor plan is compulsory
If you do not have a floor plan, kindly get it prepared by your architect first
Once the floor plan is ready, you may proceed with the consultation
 
Without a floor plan, Mahavastu analysis cannot be performed.
 
 
What You Need to Share After Payment
 
After completing the payment, you will be guided on WhatsApp to share the following details:
 
Floor Plan of the property (mandatory)
Location details (used to measure front wall degree via Google Earth)
Videography of the property, if the house is already constructed
 
All instructions on how and where to share these details will be provided on WhatsApp.
 
 
Property Selection & Special Cases
 
If you are choosing between multiple properties, you may share 2 to 3 floor plans maximum for comparison
If you are planning to rent a new property, you can share the floor plans of available options for guidance
If you already own a property, the floor plan will be studied and Mahavastu remedies will be suggested
If you are planning to build a home, necessary floor plan changes and corrections will be advised
 
All suggestions are given based on your requirements, usage, and practicality.

Mahavastu research and preparation is done after receiving the floor plan and details
Consultation is conducted at your selected slot
Maximum session duration: 30 minutes
